Courage to Wonder by Heather Cahoon
Most of us aren't stuck because we lack discipline. We're stuck because somewhere along the way we stopped asking whether this life is the one we actually wanted — and the not-asking got comfortable.
Courage to Wonder is a show about starting to ask again.
Each episode takes one question and sits with it. What if now is the time to start asking questions? What does success actually look like? Why did you stop making things? How do you know when it's time to change direction? No framework to install, no morning routine to optimize. Just a question, turned over slowly, until something in it comes loose.
I'm Heather Cahoon. I'm a photographer, which means I've spent years learning that seeing isn't automatic — it's a skill, and most of us were never taught it. This show brings that same attention to a life.
I work while I talk. Editing photographs, drawing, walking, sorting through things. There's something about having your hands busy that lets the honest thought arrive. You're welcome to do the same.
I don't have answers for you, and I've come to think that's the point. The people who helped me most were never the ones who told me what to do. They were the ones who asked me something I couldn't stop thinking about afterward.
Wondering takes courage, because wondering obligates you. Once you've asked whether you want this life, you have to live with knowing.
New episodes weekly — mostly me, occasionally someone who has lived the question.
